Sausage, Cranberry and Brie Egg Casserole is an easy, delicious meal to make ahead of time! Assemble the night before and bake off in the morning!
Our holiday tour has begun.
Tour stops include: Wichita, Kansas City, and Manhattan (KS).
If you’ve never been to Kansas we are basically making one giant triangle in the middle of the state. Not exactly the elegance of a round the world visit like Santa Claus. BUT! I kind feel like his lighter half because I’ve got a furry reindeer in the back, presents piled high and Christmas music bumping on the radio.
Even though driving all over Kansas will be a little sporty, I’m actually really excited about going home for the holidays. I feel like Juniper is a big part of my excitement. She is definitely my fur baby and you can bet your sweet tookus I got her some festive Christmas gear to wear.
Speaking of Christmas, what are your plans? We will be with my folks and I am in charge of making breakfast/brunch. One of my go-to dishes to make is always an egg casserole. It can feed a crowd and all the prep work can be done the night before!
Over the past couple of years I’ve made some plain Jane versions. Not this year! Hello, Sausage, Cranberry and Brie Egg Casserole. Isn’t she a beaut? There’s something about the cranberry and brie combo that makes anything an 11/10 situation. Plus, with the addition of sausage and cheese, what’s not to love?
Besides a furry bulldog in Christmas striped pjs.
Stay tuned!!
