Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic, grated
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 pkg Store-bought or homemade pizza dough
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 8-ounce Burrata ball

Instructions

  • Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or place a piece of parchment.
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine the garlic and red pepper flakes. Next, add the olive oil to a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat the olive oil until slightly smoky and then pour it over the red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and set aside.
  • In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Using a slotted spoon, place the bacon on a plate lined with a paper towel.
  • Stretch the pizza dough into a 10-inch or 11-inch round and place on the prepared baking sheet. Top the pizza dough with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Make sure to avoid the center of the pizza because the egg will be placed there later. Also, leave a 1-inch border for the crust. Top the cheese with the crispy bacon and bake for about 7 to 9 minutes.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and crack the egg into the center. Next, dollop some of the burrata on the pizza and place back in the oven for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the egg white has set.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle the top with the chili oil. Serve and enjoy!
