Check out this super easy tutorial on how to make Salami Rose in minutes with just a wine or champagne glass. I have included detailed step-by-step instructions and a few ideas to make them even prettier. They are the perfect edible ornaments to jazz up your grazing table this holiday season!
Place a wine or champagne glass on the countertop. Take a slice of salami and place it over therim of the wine glass. You’ll want the middle of the circle to be touching the rim of the glass.
Take another piece of salami and overlap it on the first piece. Think of it as connecting twocircles like a venn diagram.
Repeat the overlapping on the wine rim until you’ve completed about two layers on the firstround. Once you begin the third round, bring the overlapping of the salami a bit closer together.Continue getting closer as you overlap. This part is up to you in how close you want your rosepetals to be.
Once you are done overlapping, flip the wine glass over carefully and remove it. Thus, leavingthe rose for a beautiful, edible display on our charcuterie board.
