Ingredients

  • 10 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup Cream of Mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • Ground Pepper
  • cup French’s fried onions
  • cups green beans, trimmed, blanched, and cooled

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place about 9 to 10 slices of bacon on a baking sheet. Cook the bacon for about 7 to 8 minutes and then remove the baking sheet from the oven. Place the bacon on a plate lined with a paper towel. Toss the foil and then add a fresh sheet of foil to the baking sheet. Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, and French’s fried onions. Next, add in the green beans and toss to combine.
  • Take a piece of the par-baked bacon and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Grab a small handful of the green beans and wrap it with the strip of bacon. Place the bundle seam side down. Repeat the process with remaining strips. Cover the bundles loosely with foil and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
