Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spray a small baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the frozen fries on the baking sheet and cook for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove fries from the oven and toss with ranch seasoning mix. Set aside.
Next, in a small mixing bowl combine the smoked paprika, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
In a large mixing bowl add the ground beef, 1 tbsp of the creole seasoning, 1 tbsp olive oil, kosher salt, and ground pepper. Mix everything together and then shape into four large patties.
Preheat a large cast iron skillet to medium high heat and add 2 tbsp olive oil to the skillet. Next, add the burger patties. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired temperature is reached. Remove the patties from the skillet and place on a plate to rest.
In a small mixing bowl combine 2 tsp of creole seasoning, lemon juice, kosher salt and pepper to taste, and ½ cup mayonnaise. Set aside.
To serve: spread the creole mayo on the top and bottom of the burger bun. Next, place a piece of lettuce on the bottom bun followed by a burger patty, slice of tomato, and top burger bun. Repeat the process with remaining burgers and serve with crispy ranch french fries.
