Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Take bread slices and place them into the bottom of the baking dish. You will need to cut a few slices to make them fit in an even layer.
Next, take the ham, pepperoni, salami and layer them on top of the bread slices. Add the pepperoncini and olives on top of the deli meat.
In a medium bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the antipasto. You can either cover the baking dish with foil and place in the fridge overnight and bake the next morning. If you do this, wait until the next morning to add the mozzarella. OR! Sprinkle the top with mozzarella and place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the egg has set and golden brown.
