Heart-Shaped Brookies
Heart-Shaped Brookies are a festive and fun treat to make for Valentine’s Day. Made with chocolate chip cookie dough, brownie batter, and a sprinkling of M&M’s. These cute brookies will make anyone feel extra special!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Pink, White, & Red M&M's
- 1 box Favorite Brownie Mix
- 1 pkg Store-bought Chocolate Chip Cookie dough (should be 24 pieces)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray two heart-shaped muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray and place on a baking sheet.
- Prepare the boxed brownie mix according to package directions. Set aside. Next, take 1 tablespoon of the M&M’s and place them into the bottom of each heart. Take two pieces of the cookie dough and place it on top of the M&M’s. Using your fingers spread the cookie dough over the M&M’s.
- Next, pour the brownie batter over the cookie dough carefully to not overfill while leaving some room at the top. Bake the heart-shaped brookies for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the brownies have set. If they need longer to bake that’s okay! Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely before removing from the heart-shaped mold! Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
