Sunday Night Chili
When the weather outside is cold and rainy…
It makes me want to stay inside, snuggle under a soft blanket, and make a pot full of warm chili. Tonight, Mr. B made his famous chili. This is something that I look forward to every fall!
I am kind of chili obsessed ever since I was a kid and my mom would make a BIG pot of chili before we went out trick-or-treating. I love all kinds of chili: turkey, beef, beans, no beans, more vegetables, less vegetables. It is all wonderful and delicious.
So, here is what Mr. B used to achieve chili success:
Third step, add tomatoes, beans, tomato paste and stir until heated through and bubbly.
The final step, ladle the chili into a bowl and add your favorite toppings!! I
Did you know there is a chili crawl in Aggieville every year? Every bar has a different kind of chili and you get to vote for the best. They sell tiny bottles of beer to go with your little bowl of chili. So much fun!
