chocolate mousse parfaits with Reese’s puffs & chocolate covered pretzels
“Experience dessert perfection with our Chocolate Mousse Parfaits, layered with Reese’s Puffs and chocolate-covered pretzels. A symphony of textures and flavors that redefine indulgence, promising a delightful treat for your taste buds.”
Do you leave voicemails?
As in, ring, ring, ring….”This is Karen, and I’m totally away from my phone right now, so leave a message after the beep. K. Thanks”…… beeeeeep…… Truth be told, I can’t remember the last time I left a message on someone’s cell phone. Maybe I’m just lazy? Maybe I can’t think of anything eloquent to say? I dunno.
Typically, when I call, I have a four ring policy (unless it’s an emergency!). After four, I quickly press “end” and immediately select my next form of communication; that is, text, which realistically, I should have done in the first place.
I have a love-hate relationship with Mr. Text. Some days he is a life saver, while others, he makes me want to pull my hair out. The bonkers thing, I bet 50 years from now, you won’t have to call or text someone…crazy, right? We will just tap our skull and say “send.” And they will have also invented (keep fingers crossed) the blow up microwave pizza like in Back to The Future Part II.
Oh, and before I forget to leave you a voice message telling you about how I made these ridic chocolate mousse parfaits, I’m texting writing you that I made these off the charts, easy peasy parfaits for Valentines Day. Did I mention there’s Reese’s Pieces Puffs in the parfaits? You need to dive head first into these and call me in the morning.
“Elevate your dessert experience with our Chocolate Mousse Parfaits, enriched with Reese’s Puffs and chocolate-covered pretzels. A perfect harmony of sweetness and crunch that captivates every palate. Savor the decadence!”
I think this needs to be my breakfast!
Coming right up! Thanks, Maria!
Holy PARFAIT!! This is what I’m talking about!!
LOL! Thanks, Stephanie!
I’m with Maria–since it has cereal can we call this breakfast?!
HECK YES! Thank you, my dear!
I have no words except: THESE.LOOK.INCREDIBLE!
HA! Thanks, Ali!
Incredible! I love mousse and I obviously love anything chocolate and peanut butter! 🙂
Thank you, Tieghan! I feel like this mousse is right up your alley:)
Excuse me while I scrape my mouth off of the floor. Psht, what’s a voicemail? I always sound ridiculous when I leave a message, as if I forgot the entire reason I was calling in the first place. This needs to happen!
ME TOO!! LOL! Thanks, Jennie!
These look so fun!!! Great dessert! xo
Thank you, Jenny!!
you had me at REESES PUFFS!!!
Heck yes!! Thanks, Claire!
I hate leaving voicemails and receiving them. My parents still say hey this is your dad or mom and its 3pm. Just call me back when you can.
MINE TOO!! LOL! Parents, gotta love ’em:)
I’m the total opposite, I leave long winded voicemails for people, they probably hate me! I just keep going and going and before I know I’ve left a three-minute long pointless message. I should work on that…. These look PHENOMENAL, I am just dying over all the yummy V-day treats going around the web today.
Thank you, Nicole!!
haha… love your four ring rule. Too funny. I hate leaving voicemails too because half the time people don’t listen to them, {ahem… I don’t listen to them… therefore other people don’t either}
I totally thought those were reese pieces puffs, loving this fun dish. But I am also a sucker for anything chocolate. Plus, you always take swoon/drool worthy photos. Pinned Lauren, thanks!
Right?! So glad you understand! Thanks, Krista!
Gimmie a spoon!
Coming right up!
MARRY ME. Or just come move in and make me these amazing parfaits every day.
YES!!! Absolutely! 🙂
OH, GIRL. NO WORDS. MAYBE ONE: GENIUS.
Why, thank you, Jackie!
What a creative idea! Reese’s Puffs were totally my favorite cereal growing up!
Yay!! Thanks, Anna!
OH BABY. This looks killer.
Thank you, Sarah!
I actually LOVE leaving (ridiculous) voicemails, but unfortunately most people don’t even listen to them. So what is a girl to do but send ridiculous texts?! And self medicate with these parfaits. YES.
LOL!! Can you leave me a voicemail sometime? 🙂 I’ll leave a parfait after the beep!
I’m just gonna sit here and stare at this for a while…and drool. Don’t mind me.
I am totally loving these parfaits Lauren!
Ugh I hate leaving voicemails!!! Actually wait, let me rephrase that. I hate CHECKING voicemails too. I am the worst!
These parfaits are RIDIC. Love them!
I don’t leave voicemails and I don’t listen to voicemails. I DO, however, eat chocolate mousse parfaits with reeses and pretzels and oh my godddd is this real liiiiffffeeee?!?!
I’m excited about this. Just a little bit.
So amazing! I think I need one for a mid-morning snack!
Mah Gosh girl this looks insane!! I might be drooling on my keyboard.
So this means I can have it for breakfast, right? I mean, Reese’s Puff is a breakfast cereal..totally legit!
Oh my FREAKING gawd, lady. These parfaits are insane!!!
HOLY MOLY!!! This is my kids FAVORITE cereal, they eat it as dessert! Now it really is dessert! I am totally going to have to make them this! So freaking insane!
I once left a voicemail and at the very end I paused and then said “Amen”. Thankfully it was for someone who thought it was equally as hilarious as I did, still makes me laugh when I think about it.
I love parfaits and these look like cereal sin, in a good way!!
