congrats!

No, I’m not preggers. 

Gah! Wouldn’t that be crazy town! 

(I think my heart just skipped a beat.)

Don’t get me wrong, someday….manyyyyyyy years from now, I would like to get pregnant. I get butterflies in my stomach thinking about Mr. B and I raising a family together. But for right now, we are just enjoying life as a couple.

Okay. Where was I?

Oh yes.

The exciting news! My friend Kaitlin got engaged! I literally jumped for joy when I heard the good news. Kaitlin is one of my good friends from college.

We were both Gamma Phi’s (Can you pick me out?).

We were roommates our senior year at the famous LeGore house (our landlord was a red-headed gypsy who tried to fine us for having a dirty driveway. whatevs)!

And she was one of my bridesmaids!

Kaitlin is by far one of my favorite people on this earth. Her ability to eat whatever she wants (i.e. peanut M&M’s and Taquitos) and not gain a single pound is amazing. Her ability to perform the “worm” on any dance floor without any formal training baffles me to this day. But if I had too choose my favorite thing about Kaitlin it would be her drawing skills.

Everyone in the Kaitlin circle of love received a drawing of themselves with a little diddy on the side back in college. I felt so cool when she gave me mine! I think the portrait representation is spot and on, and the jingle still fits me to a tee today! 

Anyways, I just wanted to say congrats to Kaitlin and John! The party is just gettin’ started! 

P.S. Kaitlin – Vegas for the bach party? Yes!
