sweet potato fries with andouille gravy and pimento cheese
“Experience a symphony of flavors with our delectable creation – Sweet Potato Fries with Andouille Gravy and Pimento Cheese. Each bite is a journey through savory and spicy delights, promising a taste sensation like no other.”
Three words for you: Fantasy, French-fry, and League.
Doesn’t that have a nice, golden, fried ring to it? Honestly, I can’t believe I haven’t thought of this sooner. I am currently playing in my first “Real Fantasy Football League”. Well, that’s not technically true. Mr. B is guiding me through this whole fantasy football shenanigan process. He evaluates important things like percentages and possibly points earned, where I tend lean towards, “Oh, I totally need to play Jay Cutler because Kristin Cavallari just had a cameo on the TV show, The League, and was super funny.” Hence, my team, Laces Out, isn’t dead last at the current moment.
But fo’ reals, don’t you think it would be a blasty-blast to have a Fantasy French-fry League? You could have a french-fry draft, trade french-fry “recipes”, make the recipes and assign points, bench crusty or limp french-fries, and have a french-fry playoff. We could have a trophy of sorts for the winning team, or maybe someone could win a year’s supply of cronuts. Mmmm……crounuts. And don’t worry, there would be a Fantasy Tot League. #tots4life, people!
So, if this league was to come to fruition, these sweet potato fries with andouille gravy and pimento cheese would be a first round draft pick for sure. We’re talking major points for sweet potato anything. Double the points for the pimento cheese. Could there be anything better? Wait. Oh, yes, quadruple zillion the points for the andouille gravy. If I could wear andouille gravy and not look like a total freaker-freakerton, I would. Maybe I should make an andouille gravy jersey?
Alright, time to score some home runs and put Kristin Cavallari back in my line up.
Wait. That’s not right is it?
Someone pass me the gravy….
“Indulge in culinary bliss with our Sweet Potato Fries, elevated by zesty andouille gravy and creamy pimento cheese. A harmonious blend of textures and flavors that transcends the ordinary, leaving your palate craving for more.”
There’s so much goodness going on here and every time I blink my eyes and look again, I find something new.
Ha! If anyone could appreciate gravy and cheese fries, I knew it would be you! Thanks, Erika!
Oh my! This looks oh so yummy!
Thanks, Carrian!

Okay, I will admit that I’m kind of into the Fantasy Football thing. Call me crazy. However, I’d also be highly supportive of a Fantastic French Fry league, particularly if it involves recipes like this one!
There’s no shame in admitting you dig the Fantasy Football thing. I find myself cheering for players I don’t even know! And yes, you are totally playing in the 2014 Fantasy French-Fry League. You would own it, Dara! xoxo
hahahah you crack me up! You pick your league based on reasons why I would..Kristin Cavallari…cute butts, good cheekbones…you know, the important stuff! I would totally be a part of a french fry league, especially if it involved the possibility of scoring this amazing pan of goodness on my team! Lets start it!
YESSSSSS! I am so glad I’m not the only one. And yes, 2014 Fantasy French-fry League is going down.
Heck yes! I want pimento cheese, caramelized onions, and sriracha on my team please! They seem like sure fire bets when it comes to french fry toppings. 🙂
Um, that is a great line-up!! Sriracha would an excellent first round draft pick as well:)
