Today we were somewhat productive.

After brunch Mr. B helped me get our CB2 purchases put together. Nothing like an engineer putting together an abacus:)

While he put together the abacus wall art, I worked on laundry and re-organizing our closet. I have been putting this stuff off since ski season started so I was glad to get it done! 
I would have shown you before and after pictures of our new wall art but we didn’t charge our electric drill so we had a wall art fail. Oh well, Mr. B said he would finish it tomorrow.
After we got things done around the apartment we walked around downtown to finish up some errands. I needed to find a gift for my grandpa’s 80th birthday party next weekend in KC. I think I found the perfect gift by the way. 
While we were walking around we spotted this tent. WTF. Top Chef was filming two blocks away and we had no clue!! AHHHH!!! I couldn’t believe it. How could I have missed such an awesome event? Balls.   
When we got home, I ran to the grocery store to pick up stuff for the week as well as dinner for tonight.
Cooking dinner on Saturday night = a good glass of wine. 
While I prepped the sides, Mr. B cooked the steak. 
Tonight’s dinner:
– Grilled Steak
– Cauliflower with Mustard-Lemon Butter
– Garden Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette
Off to watch Mallrats and cuddle on the couch.
