Grilled Lamb Souvlaki Bowls
Summer’s not over yet! Fire up those grills because these Grilled Lamb Souvlaki Bowls are a must-make! Superior Farms grilled lamb steaks with juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, artichokes, and citrus-y lemons will have you holding onto to summer!
Shoot.
Already?
How did that happen? Sighhhhhhhhhhh. Today is the last day of August. Or what feels like the last day of summer. Yes, Labor Day weekend is in like five minutes, but Pinterest is already exploding with pumpkin recipes, Halloween-themed parties, and fall attire.
So, my plan to hold onto to summer a bit longer is by making a few of these Grilled Lamb Souvlaki Bowls. Picture fresh summer produce – juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, artichokes, and citrusy lemons piled high. Followed by the piece de resistance of these bowls, grilled lamb steaks.
Can we talk about lamb for 2.2 seconds? I know that a lot of folks don’t use lamb as much as beef, chicken, or pork. But I am here to tell you, lamb is super delicious and doesn’t need to be reserved for special occasions. In the Grier household, we cook with lamb at least once a week whether it’s ground, steak, or mini chops. The versatility of lamb is fantastic and I highly recommend picking up a few lamb steaks, especially if it’s from Superior Farms.
Superior Farms is a leader in the lamb industry when it comes to putting their flock first. With sustainability in the forefront since 1967, Superior Farms ranchers like The Bitners (fourth generation sheep rancher) take deep pride in making sure you are eating the best lamb possible. And believe me, once you’ve tasted lamb from Superior Farms you will be hooked!
So, what do you say? Fire up the grill, tell Pinterest to take a hike for a moment, and make these easy and delicious Grilled Lamb Souvlaki Bowls. I promise they will become a regular in the family dinner rotation.
Now, who needs a fork?

These are beautiful bowls, Lauren. And I’m giving you all the virtual high fives for your commitment to savor Summer. Because you know how I feel about all this early pumpkin nonsense. Growing up in an Armenian household, we had lamb pretty frequently. And I love it. But it definitely seems underused. Hope that changes! Have a great Labor Day Weekend, girl!
