Hello, October!

Oh, how I love thee.

If you’ve been a long time reader of The Curious Plate you know that October is my FAVORITE month of the entire year! Sorry Christmas peeps. Between the fall foliage, cooler temperatures, tailgating, pumpkin patches, and Halloween, it truly is the best.

Anyway, as we continue along our fall adventures, I put together a collection of yummy food to make this month. You’ll find the following produce in season:

  • Apples
  • Sweet Potato
  • Winter Squash
  • Pumpkin
  • Pomegranate
  • Kale
  • Dates
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Cauliflower
